Mushihimesama Futari's Xbox 360 version gets a native Switch port
A native Nintendo Switch port of the Xbox 360 version of Mushihimesama Futari is out, built with RexGlue and needing no overclock.

A homebrew port of the Xbox 360 version of Mushihimesama Futari is now available for Nintendo Switch. The CAVE shooter came out in 2009, and this build covers Ver 1.5 along with the Black Label and Ver 1.01 downloadable content. It’s a native Switch port made with RexGlue. The author, ChanseyIsTheBest, says no overclock is required.
That last part matters if you own a Switch and don’t want to mess with clocks or hacked settings. Still, the thread doesn’t say which Switch models it targets, how it performs, or whether you need to supply any game files of your own. Those details are worth checking before you spend an evening on it.
The author also said that anything running on Xenia can be ported, though that doesn’t mean it will be, or that the result will be good. They’re not taking requests for 360 games, so don’t ask in the thread for a specific title. Asked about Transformers: Devastation, the author made no commitment.
How to try it:
- Open the release page for futari-nx v1.0.0.
- Read what’s on the release page first. The forum post doesn’t spell out install steps, so that’s where to find them.
- Install it the way the release describes, and skip any overclock tweaks, since the author says you don’t need them.
This is a homebrew project from one poster, with a short thread and one linked release, so expect a rough first version. If it works well for you, that’s a nice bit of proof that 360 ports are reachable on Switch hardware.
